Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years of related work experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and diagramming tools (Claude Design/Cowork).
• Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and validating AI output.
• Strong written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and managing requirements/backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements using various formats.
• Collaborate with IT to assess options, estimate resources, and generate project schedules.
• Measure usability and effectiveness of solutions using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate requests, manage expectations, and support change management.
• Use AI tools to accelerate requirements docs, user stories, and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with AI and scope with AI Products team.
• Present findings and prototypes clearly to attorneys and business stakeholders.
