Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte is seeking a Business Analyst to support legal teams and business operations by gathering and documenting requirements for tools and processes, with AI-powered acceleration and validation of outputs.

You will work with IT, stakeholders, and attorneys to design integrations with downstream systems, develop workflows, and present findings and prototypes, adapting your communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five (5) years of related work experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools and productivity suites.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and managing backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business stakeholder requirements using multiple formats.
• Collaborate with IT to size projects, estimate resources, and schedule work.
• Measure usability and effectiveness of solutions with data and stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate business requests and manage expectations.
