Job summary

Basis is seeking a Product Manager for AI Education to empower every employee to work effectively with AI. This is a highly autonomous, frontline role requiring rapid testing of models and workflows.

You will design company-wide education programs, run hands-on workshops, and partner with engineering and non-engineering teams to embed AI practices into daily work. Expect an intense, in-person environment in NYC.

Qualifications

• In-person in Flatiron, NYC 5 days a week.
• Excited about working with coding agents.
• Excited about working at the frontier of applying agents to real economy problems.
• Ability to design company-wide programs and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education programs to make Basis staff maximally effective with AI.
• Test new models and tools, build workflows, and supervise adoption.
• Teach engineers and non-engineers to apply agents in daily work.
• Create playbooks and hands-on sessions to scale learning across teams.
