Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Lead AI Education and Enablement professional to design company-wide AI education programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops that drive measurable behavior change.

You’ll test emerging AI models, identify capability gaps, redesign workflows around agents, and build secure, repeatable AI workflows to help teams learn in the flow of work and automate routine tasks. On-site in New York, visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years product management experience in AI enablement, developer education, or learning products.
• Experience shipping products using AI models or agentic workflows.
• Strong track record of helping teams reach AI proficiency.
• Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.

About the Role

Lead AI education and enablement for a high-growth company building AI-powered tools for accounting professionals. You will help teams adapt as AI models and tools evolve, shaping how people learn, improve workflows, and collaborate with AI agents.

What You’ll Do

• Design company-wide AI education programs, role‑specific playbooks, and hands‑on workshops that drive measurable behavior change.

• Test emerging AI models and tools, then turn your findings into practical guidance for technical and nontechnical teams.

• Work directly with teams to identify capability gaps, redesign workflows around agents, and build lasting adoption.

• Develop secure, reliable, repeatable AI workflows for teams handling sensitive information.

• Build skills, agents, and internal tools that help people learn in the flow of work and automate routine tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of product management experience in AI enablement, developer education, or learning products, with 5 or more years of overall relevant experience.

• Experience building education, enablement, or developer education products such as courses, onboarding, documentation, or learning tools.

• Experience shipping products using LLMs or agentic workflows, and daily use of AI tools, LLM APIs, coding agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.

• Advanced, hands‑on AI experience and a track record of helping others reach best‑in‑class AI proficiency.

• Experience at a startup or high‑growth company, with strong technical foundations and a relevant technical degree.

• Background in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or technical education is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $100,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
