Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to guide vision, strategy, and execution for the Elastic Agent Builder. Shape how enterprises build and scale AI agent context, partnering with senior leadership and hyperscalers to drive fast, cost-efficient, and accurate agent workflows.

You will own requirements with enterprise customers and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to benchmark capabilities, while evangelizing the solution to a global community of developers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data-intensive cloud/infrastructure or platform products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML landscape (LLMs, RAG, vector databases).
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a remote-first setup.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers, sales, and architects to define and prioritize needs.
• Roadmap core context engineering capabilities atop Elastic retrieval.
• Define strategy for benchmarking agent capabilities with data science and engineering teams.
• Create user experiences with design to improve how agents illustrate and refine context.
• Evangelize Agent Builder through content and open-source projects.
• Partner with cloud providers and developers to expand the ecosystem.
