Actively AI in New York City is seeking a Product Specialist to become one of our deepest product experts and empower customers to unlock value from agent-driven workflows. You’ll teach, configure, and troubleshoot, turning feedback into meaningful product improvements while exploring new capabilities with clients.

You will thrive in an AI-native, early-stage SaaS environment, enjoy teaching, and bring exceptional communication to every customer interaction. The role is on-site at our NYC office.

Qualifications

• Extremely customer-obsessed with ability to understand user needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience teaching and enabling users of a SaaS product.
• Deep curiosity about how product and AI-driven workflows work.
• Comfort with AI-native products, configurations, and edge cases.
• Technical fluency with systems, data, and debugging.
• Experience in early-stage SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Become one of Actively’s deepest product experts.
• Teach users how to win with the product.
• Experiment, configure, and optimize product setups.
• Be the first line of product diagnosis when issues arise.
• Turn customer interactions into product insight for engineering.
• Create repeatable playbooks and onboarding materials.
• Help bring new capabilities to life for customers.
