Job summary

Within is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product areas, from discovery to delivery, collaborating with our CTO, engineering and design leads, and GTM. You will transform complex AI capabilities into customer-friendly experiences, shipping tangible surfaces that matter, not abstract roadmaps.

You’ll prototype with AI tooling, conduct hands-on discovery, and define clear success metrics while staying fast and agile in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management in B2B SaaS or AI platforms.
• Prototype with AI tooling to validate a direction.
• Write clear PRDs and specs for engineering and design teams.
• Strong SQL and API documentation abilities.
• Experience shipping Gen AI features with product-market fit.
• Excellent UX intuition and design sensibilities.
• Customer-obsessed with structured user insights.

Responsibilities

• Define the problem, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive features from concept to production.
• Build working prototypes with AI tooling to validate a direction before committing engineering.
• Conduct customer interviews and translate field feedback into structured insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure clear requirements and fast decisions.
• Own concrete product surfaces (e.g., Companion, AI Interviewer, Advisor) end-to-end.
• Define AI-native behavior and user expectations, including feedback loops and failure modes.
• Define success metrics upfront and communicate outcomes to team and customers.
