Responsibilities

Shape the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Agenda with a clear strategy and measurable outcomes.
Lead Work Redesign and Future Workforce Planning leveraging AI and automation to redefine work.
Coordinate transformation programs across Technology, AI, Product, Commercial, People, and Finance.
Establish the Transformation Value Case with baselines, productivity measures, and realized benefits.
Prioritize delivery, remove barriers, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
