Job summary

Accenture’s Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice seeks a strategic leader to guide workforce transformation as AI is deployed across pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. You will design change programs, engage with C-suite clients, and shape organizational capabilities to land alongside technology initiatives.

You will travel up to 80% depending on client needs and contribute to enterprise-level AI transformation efforts, driving adoption and client success in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workforce strategy, org design or talent transformation in consulting or industry.
• Led change management programs for technology or AI-driven transformations.
• Redesigned roles and capabilities during large-scale process/tech change.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences workforce dynamics and structures.
• Strong client-facing communication with VP and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement and evolve roles as AI takes over tasks.
• Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's scope and align with technology delivery.
• Coordinate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on org implications.
• Develop communications and stakeholder materials for the pod's leadership audience.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance early to avoid delivery risks.
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office.
