FactSet in New York is seeking a Workforce Transformation Lead to drive the company’s enterprise workforce transformation agenda in an increasingly AI-enabled environment. The role translates strategic ambitions into an integrated roadmap and partners with executives to deliver measurable productivity improvements and workforce modernization.

The successful candidate will lead across Technology & AI, Product, Commercial, People and Finance to ensure decisions reflect a clear future delivery

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in operating model design, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and change management.
• Practical understanding of AI, automation, and digital technologies and their impact on work and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Shape the enterprise workforce transformation agenda and translate ambitions into a measurable roadmap.
• Lead work redesign and future workforce planning focusing on AI, automation, and process redesign.
• Coordinate transformation programs across Technology & AI, Product, Commercial, People, Legal, Finance and other functions.
• Establish the transformation value case with baselines, productivity measures, and realized benefits.
• Prioritize delivery, remove barriers, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide governance and transparency with milestones and executive visibility.
