Job summary

FactSet, a global data and analytics provider, seeks a Workforce Transformation Lead to drive enterprise transformation in an AI-enabled environment. You will translate strategic ambitions into an integrated roadmap across AI, automation, productivity, and future workforce capabilities while partnering with executives to shape decisions and programs.

The role requires strong leadership across Technology, Product, Finance and People functions, with a focus on measurable productivity improvements

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in operating model design, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and change management.
• Practical understanding of AI, automation, and digital technologies and their impact on work and productivity.
• Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Agenda: Define and drive the enterprise workforce transformation strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Lead Work Redesign and Future Workforce Planning: Prioritize opportunities where AI, automation and process redesign transform work.
• Orchestrate Enterprise Transformation Programs: Coordinate leaders across Technology & AI, Product, Commercial, People, Legal, Finance and more.
• Establish the Transformation Value Case: Partner with Finance to quantify opportunities and track benefits.
• Prioritize and Accelerate Delivery: Remove barriers and ensure alignment with objectives and outcomes.
• Provide Enterprise Governance and Transparency: Create governance structures, milestones and reporting for executives.
