You will shape a roadmap, lead cross-functional programs, and establish governance and measurable business outcomes, partnering with executives to deliver lasting productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in operating model design and organizational effectiveness.
• Understanding of AI, automation, and digital technologies.
• Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change.

Responsabilités

• Shape the enterprise workforce transformation agenda and roadmap.
• Lead work redesign and future workforce planning.
• Coordinate transformation programs across Technology & AI, Product, Commercial, People, Legal, Finance, and other functions.
• Establish the transformation value case with finance and stakeholders.
• Prioritize delivery, remove barriers, and ensure strategic outcomes.
• Provide enterprise governance and transparency with reporting mechanisms.
