Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience driving AI, ML, or analytics projects.
• Strong executive presence to influence VP/SVP stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in project/program management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, SAFe).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs across multiple units.
• Drive AI-focused transformational initiatives to improve customer listening and CX.
• Partner with Directors, VPs, and Senior Leadership to set strategic direction and secure resources.
• Identify critical path issues and resolve roadblocks to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.
• Establish, champion, and evolve governance, KPIs, metrics, and best practices.
