Dell Inc. is seeking a Strategic Project Manager on our Voice of Customer team, based in Round Rock, TX or Hopkinton, MA.

You will lead transformational, AI-focused programs that reshape how we listen to customers and improve the overall customer experience. You will partner with Directors, VP/SVP-level leaders to set strategic direction, secure resources, and deliver end-to-end programs across multiple business units and regions, while establishing governance, KPIs, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading large cross-functional transformation programs.
• Experience driving AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence VP/SVP-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or SAFe governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.

What you’ll achieve

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading transformational, AI-focused projects within Dell's enterprise Voice of Customer (VoC) organization that reshape how we listen to customers and improve overall customer experience. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units and senior leadership to drive high-impact programs from concept through delivery.

You will:

• Lead transformational projects that span across the Voice of Customer organization and key stakeholder groups, overseeing end-to-end design, execution, and delivery of highly visible, high-impact programs across multiple business units and global regions.
• Drive AI-focused transformational initiatives, leveraging industry-leading AI tools and platforms to shape how Dell listens to customers and continuously improves the overall customer experience (CX).
• Partner directly with Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Leadership to set strategic direction, secure resources, report on milestones, and align on trade-offs.
• Identify critical path issues, proactively resolve operational roadblocks, and navigate ambiguity to keep complex initiatives on schedule and within budget.
• Establish, champion, and evolve standardized project/program management governance, KPIs, metrics, and best practices across the organization.

Essential Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience driving AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects, including familiarity with industry-leading AI tools and platforms.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, present to, and align VP/SVP-level stakeholders across competing priorities.
• Deep expertise in project/program management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or SAFe) and governance best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Desirable Requirements:

• Customer Experience and/or Voice of Customer knowledge and applied experience
• Certified Scrum Master

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $166,000 - $228,800
