You will partner with IT and security to remove roadblocks and coordinate efforts across Services.

This role shapes governance, reporting rhythms, and change management, translating technical progress into business terms for senior stakeholders and building alignment through influence.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with a Master's degree, or 8+ years with a PhD, or equivalent experience.
• A track record of driving strategic progress inside large, complex organizations, across multiple business units.
• Experience working with software engineering, data science, or AI/ML teams in a non-hands-on capacity with credible technical fluency.
• Demonstrated success leading through influence across functions and leaders outside reporting lines.
• Strong executive communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and translating technical work into business terms.
• Experience standing up governance, reporting, or operating structures beyond existing ones.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, especially with IT, security, and data governance teams.
• Exceptional sense of urgency and ability to operate in ambiguity.
