Carlisle Companies is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver enterprise-wide onboarding and development programs. You will collaborate with HR, leaders, and SMEs to tailor learning solutions, expand virtual and self-directed learning, and apply AI-enabled approaches.

The role emphasizes creating scalable, engaging experiences, leveraging Articulate and other tools, and driving continuous improvement in learning outcomes while supporting onboarding for a diverse workforce.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Ability to conduct learning needs analysis and determine whether training is the right solution.
• Experience designing and delivering virtual, digital, e-learning, and blended learning.

• Lead design, development, and management of an onboarding program across divisions.
• Partner with managers and HR to develop onboarding resources and coordinate activities.
• Analyze organizational training needs to create or improve programs and solutions.
• Coordinate external training programs, conferences, and professional development opportunities.
