Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in Learning & Development and LMS administration.
• Three (3) or more years supporting a global/complex CSOD instance.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and translate gaps into learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable AI and technical upskilling programs.
• Translate concepts into eLearning, ILT, virtual and blended formats.
• Partner with stakeholders to define learning objectives and measure outcomes.
• Maintain AI learning materials and ensure responsible AI practices.
