Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development or related field.
• 3-5 years in training, learning & development or related field.
• Experience designing learning solutions for adult learners.
• Experience with e-learning tools such as Articulate or similar.
• Experience supporting onboarding or employee development programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise onboarding program for new hires across divisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop onboarding resources.
• Develop engaging learning experiences using various delivery methods.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive improvements.
