Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM to drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise portfolio capabilities in the United States.

You will own the vision, prioritise features, collaborate with business, finance, PMO, and platform teams, and translate objectives into scalable ServiceNow solutions while guiding release planning and value delivery.

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Manager/Owner for ServiceNow SPM implementations.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, and analytics.
Experience roadmapping and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Agile/Scrum product management experience.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
Partner with business, finance, PMO, and technology stakeholders to define and prioritise strategic initiatives.
Translate business objectives into scalable ServiceNow solutions and product features.
Lead roadmap planning, release management, adoption strategy, and value realisation.
Define KPIs, portfolio governance processes, and executive reporting mechanisms.
Drive AI adoption and intelligent automation opportunities across portfolio management processes.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
