Formación
- PM/PO experience delivering ServiceNow SPM implementations.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, integrations, workflows, reporting and analytics.
- Experience building roadmaps and aligning stakeholders across functions.
Responsabilidades
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
- Partner with business, finance, PMO, and technology stakeholders to prioritise strategic initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into scalable ServiceNow solutions and product features.
- Lead roadmap planning, release management, adoption strategy, and value realisation.
- Define KPIs, portfolio governance processes, and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Drive AI adoption and intelligent automation opportunities across portfolio management processes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
