Job summary

Ampcus Inc is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead strategic portfolio management solutions and AI-enabled automation across the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes design, governance, and scalable implementation of demand, project, program, and investment management within enterprise environments.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience with SPM, PPM, and integration with ERP/HR/Finance tools, plus strong stakeholder collaboration and architectural mindset for complex portfolios.

Qualifications

• 8 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HR, Finance, DevOps, and Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimisation of SPM across demand, PPM, program management, agile development, and capacity planning.
• Configure portfolio hierarchy, investment planning, strategic themes, and business objectives.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics and Workspace experiences.
• Define portfolio KPIs and enterprise metrics and govern AI-enabled automation initiatives.
