AppLab Systems, Inc. seeks a seasoned Technical Product Owner for ServiceNow SPM to drive strategy, roadmap, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow platform.

The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, portfolio leaders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise portfolio management capabilities and requires deep ServiceNow SPM expertise, agile delivery, and product ownership in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise portfolio transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Product Operating Models.
• Experience working with PMO, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the ServiceNow SPM product roadmap and define strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, PMOs, Finance, Business Leaders, and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Define product vision, success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Lead product planning sessions and roadmap reviews with executive leadership.
