Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking an experienced professional with extensive expertise in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite and strong end‑to‑end ServiceNow platform knowledge.

The candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise portfolio, demand, project, program, resource, investment, and agile management solutions while driving AI‑powered innovations across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HR, Finance, DevOps, and Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions across Demand Management, PPM, Program Management, Agile Development, Resource Management, Financial Planning, Investment Funding, OKRs, and Portfolio Analytics.
• Design governance processes for portfolio selection, prioritisation, and funding.
• Configure portfolio hierarchy, investment planning, strategic themes, and business objectives.
• Implement resource allocation, forecasting, capacity management, and utilisation dashboards.
• Build executive reporting and portfolio analytics using Performance Analytics and Workspace experiences.
• Define portfolio KPIs and enterprise metrics.
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities including AI-based automation in Demand Intake, Project Risk Analysis, Capacity Forecasting, and Resource Optimisation.
