Job summary

System One is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex SPM implementations for government and commercial clients. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions using Demand Management, PPM, and Resource Management.

The role requires hands-on development with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and integrations, plus strong stakeholder communication and the ability to guide junior developers through full project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or technical consulting.
• Deep understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management concepts, including demand management, ideation, resource planning, portfolio management, and prioritization.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions for enterprise clients.
• Experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation, from discovery and design through deployment and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions within the SPM suite, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development.
• Lead, or demonstrate the ability to lead, end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementations from discovery and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and other appropriate ServiceNow integration capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and project team members.
