Rithum is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to guide enterprise clients through their journey on our commerce platform. You will translate client objectives into technical solutions, support channel implementations, optimize platform performance, and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical account management or similar
• Experience with enterprise clients and onboarding
• Foundational knowledge of channel requirements and data mapping
• Ability to manage technical projects independently
• Experience with AI tools to boost productivity and documentation

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients
• Develop and execute channel implementation plans
• Provide technical guidance to adopt Rithum solutions
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to translate technical concepts
• Execute optimization strategies across the platform including repricing and promotions
• Conduct technical reviews to improve performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams
• Maintain knowledge of platform functionality and data flows
• Support feature adoption and roadmap discussions
• Bridge communication between client teams and internal stakeholders
• Use AI-enabled tools to speed up analysis and documentation
• Identify ways to improve personal and team efficiency through AI and automation
• Contribute knowledge and learnings to strengthen Practices
• Maintain accurate case discipline in CRM for reporting and scope management
• Participate in team cadences and escalation handling
