Rithum is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to guide enterprise clients through implementation, optimization, and ongoing success on the Rithum platform. You will partner with Client Success to translate objectives into technical solutions, drive channel integrations, and resolve complex issues with cross-functional teams.

This remote-first role emphasizes AI-enabled analysis, performance tuning, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical account management, implementation, or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic clients with onboarding and optimization.
• Foundational understanding of channel requirements and data flows.
• Ability to manage technical projects across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent technical point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop channel implementation plans aligned with client objectives.
• Provide guidance to adopt Rithum solutions and realize platform value.
