Smartcat in Athens, GA is seeking a newly formed Technical Account Manager to support global customers. You’ll own escalations beyond AI, handle integrations (CMS, TMS, DAM), and provide 24/7 coverage with a globally distributed team.

You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and success managers to improve workflows, support renewals, and share best-practice use of Smartcat’s platform across languages.

Formación

• Background in localization/translation industry with strong languages and international customers.
• Experience troubleshooting and problem solving with AI-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical point of contact for an assigned portfolio of accounts, partnering with the account team.
• Resolve escalations beyond AI capabilities using technical troubleshooting and AI tools.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by handling inquiries in Zendesk/YouTrack.
• Provide 24/7 coverage as part of a globally distributed team.
• Own onboarding and integrations (CMS, TMS, DAM), SSO/SAML setup, and workflow configuration.
• Escalate feature requests and bugs with clear reproduction steps and communicate root cause.
