Job summary

SalesAi is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to be the frontline of customer experience, helping users navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, and integrate tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier. You’ll enable AI features, assist with prompt engineering, and support onboarding through email, chat, and video.

You’ll document interactions, identify patterns to improve support and influence product direction, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with integration/automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Salesforce, GHL, and HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Grok, Claude), prompt writing, and daily AI use.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Independent, fast learner, and proactive contributor to a team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts to changing needs.
• Preferred: Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting & Integration Support: investigate problems and provide clear steps to resolution.
• Educate users on automating workflows with Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve integrations and enable AI features.
• Product & AI Enablement: deepen knowledge of SalesAi platform and AI features.
• Assist users in prompt engineering and using AI tools to boost productivity.
• Guide customers through onboarding and platform features with empathy.
• Documentation & Reporting: log interactions in CRM and report patterns.
• Customer Advocacy: surface feedback to product teams and contribute help center content.
