Job summary

SalesAi, a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS company, is seeking an Integrations Support Specialist in Indianapolis. You will guide customers through integration setups using n8n, Make, Zapier, and CRM platforms, while enabling AI features and prompt engineering to boost productivity.

You will troubleshoot, educate users, and collaborate with product/engineering teams to resolve issues and improve workflows. Hybrid work and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with integration/automation tools and CRMs.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and prompt writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting and integration support.
• Investigate problems, identify solutions, and guide users to resolution.
• Educate users on automating workflows with Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Learn SalesAi platform deeply and assist with AI enablement.
• Help users with prompt engineering and applying AI in workflows.
• Deliver support via email, chat, and video, including onboarding guidance.
• Document interactions in CRM and report patterns for product direction.
• Surface customer feedback to product teams and contribute help center content.
