Job summary

SalesAi seeks a Technical Support Specialist to be the frontline of customer experience, helping users navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and integrate AI-driven workflows. You’ll work on third-party integrations with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, and HubSpot, while educating customers on prompt engineering and AI usage for productivity.

You will collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues, document interactions in the CRM, and contribute to knowledge content.

Qualifications

• Experience with integration/automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Salesforce, GHL, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Claude) and prompt writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Independent, fast learner, and proactive contributor to a team.

Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting & Integration Support: Investigate problems, provide steps to resolution and educate users on automating workflows with Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Product & AI Enablement: Gain deep knowledge of the SalesAi platform and assist users in prompt engineering and using AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Customer Support & Engagement: Deliver support via email, chat, and video; guide users through features and onboarding; resolve issues with empathy.
• Documentation & Reporting: Log all customer interactions in the CRM; identify patterns to improve support and product direction.
• Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Surface customer feedback to product teams; contribute to help center articles and tutorials.

About the role

• SalesAi is transforming how businesses connect with prospects and customers through powerful AI-driven automation. We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist who is not only customer-obsessed, but also experienced with third-party integration tools like n8n, Make, and has a strong understanding of AI tools, prompt engineering, and how to apply AI in daily workflows. You will be the frontline of our customer experience, helping users navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, integrate tools, and get the most value from AI.

What you'll do

• Technical Troubleshooting & Integration Support
  • Investigate problems, identify solutions, and provide clear steps to resolution.
  • Support and educate users on automating workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar third-party platforms.
  • Work with technical teams to escape and resolve complex issues.
• Product & AI Enablement
  • Gain deep knowledge of the SalesAi platform and AI feature set.
  • Assist users in prompt engineering and using AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Help customers apply AI to their workflows and tasks for better efficiency.
• Customer Support & Engagement
  • Deliver outstanding support via email, chat, and video.
  • Guide customers through platform features and onboarding.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and clarity.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Log all customer interactions and insights in the CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Identify and report patterns in customer issues to improve future support and product direction.
• Customer Advocacy & Feedback
  • Act as the voice of the customer by surfacing feedback to product teams.
  • Contribute to help center articles, tutorials, and support content.
