Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks an experienced AI Efficiency leader to drive measurable ROIs across facilities management, project delivery, lease administration, and occupancy planning on a large outsourced account. You will coordinate across five lines, guide citizen AI initiatives, and ensure a production-ready rollout rather than pilots.

You will partner with the central AI organization and client counterpart in a two-in-a-box structure, owning prioritization, ROI, and end-to-end deployment

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial real estate with operational fluency across facilities, construction, lease administration, transactions and occupancy planning.
• Executive-level program management with a track record of influencing outcomes across teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication bridging technical and business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI evolution and end-to-end deployment in business processes, with data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Measure ROI: establish a baseline and provide a consolidated ROI view across the full scope.
• Coordinate and prioritize AI activity across the account to align with client objectives.
• Manage citizen AI: enable teams to innovate without shadow-IT or data exposure.
• Own the take-to-production motion from concept to deployed, measurable impact.
