Job summary

JLL seeks a Head of AI Efficiency to lead the AI program across a major outsourced real estate account. This hands-on role requires deep operating knowledge of facilities management, lease administration, project delivery, and occupancy planning to ensure ROI is realized on day one.

The position operates in a two-in-a-box structure with the client team, guiding AI prioritization and the roadmap while balancing governance and speed to production across five business lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial real estate, with direct, working exposure to the business lines above.

Responsibilities

• Measure ROI and establish a baseline + post-agentic performance view.
• Coordinate and prioritize AI activity across the account.
• Manage citizen AI while avoiding shadow-IT risk and data exposure.
• Own the take-to-production motion from concept to deployed impact.
• Influence and coordinate existing operational teams across five lines.
