Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior leader to own AI efficiency for a major account, spanning facilities management, project delivery, lease administration, and occupancy planning. The role requires deep, hands-on understanding of day-to-day operations and how AI can be pragmatically integrated into the existing processes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial real estate, proven executive program management, and the ability to influence multiple teams without direct reporting lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial real estate with direct operational fluency across facilities management, project delivery, lease administration, transaction management, and occupancy planning.
• Executive-level program management with a track record of influencing outcomes across teams that don’t report to you.
• Strong cross-functional communication between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Working fluency in how AI/agentic AI evolves and deploys in end-to-end business processes; data literacy and data quality understanding are essential.
• Comfort operating in a two-in-a-box structure with joint accountability between JLL and the client.

Responsibilities

• Measure ROI, establish baseline and consolidated ROI view across full scope.
• Coordinate and prioritize AI activity across central and citizen streams against client objectives.
• Manage citizen AI to avoid shadow-IT, duplicated tooling, or data exposure.
• Take ideas from concept to production with measurable impact for end users.
• Influence and coordinate existing operational teams across five lines to adopt and sustain the program.
