Accenture is seeking a Talent and workforce consultant who can lead AI-enabled workforce transformation across talent functions. You will design strategies to evolve roles, skills, and operating models while leveraging Generative AI and talent analytics to inform recommendations and roadmaps.

The role involves partnering with clients across industries, including banking, to build governance, readiness, and skills taxonomy for sustainable workforce evolution and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years across integrated Talent functions incl. Strategy, Planning, Sourcing, and Transformation.
• Minimum 1 year in Banking industry.
• Minimum 6 months helping organizations prep for AI-enabled workforce changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
• Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, and internal mobility.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and emerging tech into operating models.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights and skills data.
• Use Generative AI and LLMs to accelerate analysis and executive-level recommendations.
• Design skills architectures, talent marketplaces, and career frameworks.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights.
• Shape readiness and reskilling strategies for sustained evolution.
• Support dynamic employee experiences blending people, tech, AI, and culture.
• Drive change initiatives and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
