Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation across talent functions. You will design strategies that reshape work, roles, and skills, leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and talent intelligence platforms to deliver actionable insights for clients.

You bring 3+ years across Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, and related areas, with at least 1 year in Banking, and 6 months enabling AI-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum of 1 year of Banking industry experience.
• Minimum of 6 months helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
• Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, mobility, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI into workforce models.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights and skills data.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate analysis and strategy.
• Design skills architectures and talent marketplaces.
