Job summary

Accenture seeks a workforce reinvention strategist to connect business and talent strategy at a global scale. You will design and lead teams to solve complex workforce challenges, driving on-the-ground change and advising clients on AI-enabled transformation.

You will mentor teams, support SOWs and proposals, and collaborate with partners to deliver end-to-end programs that tie workforce changes to business value. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience designing workforce solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients or in related functions.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to drive insights to shape experience-led end-to-end Workforce Reinvention programs.
• Manage project teams to identify AI and automation impact on roles and transformation pathways.
• Craft workforce reinvention strategies highlighting future role implications for enterprise and workforce.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners using Gen AI and automation technologies to reshape work processes.
• Work with clients to evolve roles and determine which work shifts to machines.
• Design AI-enabled operating models where humans focus on judgment and creativity.
• Co-create enterprise-wide reinvention conversations aligned to business strategy.
• Lead change programs helping leaders adopt new ways of working and manage blended teams.
• Mentor team members and support business development activities including SOWs and proposals.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives like culture building and recruiting.
