Qualifications

• 5+ years across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation and Technology Talent Development.
• 2+ years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry.
• 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies to redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using workforce intelligence and talent analytics.
