Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation for clients across finance and banking sectors. You will design skills-based models, leverage Generative AI, and drive strategic workforce planning with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate across talent functions and utilize Talent Intelligence platforms to deliver future-ready workforce solutions, while supporting business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• Experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies that help clients redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions that enable organizations to evolve with AI across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce, talent, and operating model solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives, leveraging workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics to inform business and talent decisions.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate workforce analysis, workforce scenario modeling, talent strategy development, skills assessments, organizational design, and executive-level recommendations.
