Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting.
• Experience using AI‑assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• Experience integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Experience delivering project work in a consulting environment or domain experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for your industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data‑driven assessments with AI tools.
• Conduct benchmarking with AI‑accelerated tools.
• Develop change‑impact assessments using AI tools.
• Apply domain knowledge to review reinvention designs.
• Contribute to reference library and continuous learning.
