Job summary

Accenture in New York seeks a talent and workforce consultant who can lead workforce transformation efforts, leverage Generative AI and LLMs, and design AI-enabled workforce solutions across hiring, learning, internal mobility, and retention.

You will apply human-centered design, use workforce analytics, and partner with clients to shape future-ready organizations through skills data and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years across integrated Talent functions.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience.
• Minimum 1 year in the Insurance industry.
• Minimum 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for an AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, internal mobility, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce, talent, and operating model solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and Large Language Models to accelerate workforce analysis, workforce scenario modeling, talent strategy development, and executive recommendations.
• Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions, including skills architectures, talent marketplaces, career frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence and Skills Technology platforms to generate workforce insights and enable skills-driven talent strategies.
• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies for AI adoption and evolution.
• Support dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
• Drive change initiatives and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
