Pleo in the United States is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume slate of mid-to-senior roles across multiple functions. You will build proactive talent pipelines, implement repeatable sourcing processes, and partner with hiring managers to turn briefs into offers while maintaining a candidate-first approach.

• Proven experience managing multiple high-volume mid-to-senior recruitment requisitions across functions.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines from scratch.
• Experience engaging passive candidates and maintaining data-driven hiring outcomes.
• Data-led approach with metrics to improve hiring results and scale processes.
• Interest in using AI and emerging technology to improve recruitment efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume slate of mid-to-senior roles across multiple functions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop and use repeatable sourcing and recruitment processes at scale.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and move searches from briefing to offer.
• Use recruitment data and dashboards to track pipelines and identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and Google Sheets.
• Use AI and recruitment technology, including Claude, to improve research, sourcing, workflows, and effectiveness.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and consistency throughout the recruitment process.
