Job summary

Mento is a remote-first, AI-augmented coaching platform seeking a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to own recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing coach operations. You will design and implement AI-powered workflows, automate processes, and build scalable systems to support a growing community of coaches and clients.

You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for executives and operators, develop new pipelines, and partner cross-functionally to roll out programs and tooling that improve efficiency

Qualifications

Strong recruiter and relationship builder with experience owning full-cycle recruiting.
AI-powered systems builder with practical implementations of workflows or automations.
Experience coordinating programs, timelines, and handoffs in startups or tech environments.

Responsibilities

Recruit and attract exceptional coaches, owning sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, and hiring.
Redesign recruiting and coach operations workflows to eliminate manual work and scale with AI-powered tools.
Own coach operations from hiring through onboarding, training, activation, and ongoing support.
Partner cross-functionally to implement new programs and tools, using data to measure impact.
