Pelico, a manufacturing orchestration company, is hiring a Recruiter to scale our North American team from our Miami presence. You will own searches end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers and executives, and shaping recruiting strategy as we scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and/or go-to-market roles in high-growth startup or technology environments.
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound channels.
• AI-native mindset: leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing, research, and efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions with data.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred).
• Thrive building new processes and improving hiring workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions from kickoff through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent across markets.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while representing Pelico's culture and mission.
• Manage interview coordination, feedback quality, and hiring decisions for efficiency and quality.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to improve funnel performance.
• Build strong talent pipelines before needs become urgent.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and processes.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview calibration and employer branding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders throughout the hiring process.
