Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Leader to head the Professional Services sourcing team and set strategic direction across the portfolio. The role focuses on delivering sustained business outcomes, including top-line alignment and cost efficiency, while developing the team’s judgement and independence.

The role combines hands-on negotiation with team enablement, working with Finance, Legal, People, and Extended Workforce to shape strategy, governance, and value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive strategic sourcing, procurement or category management experience across Professional Services categories.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with objectives, performance and development responsibilities.
• Led complex services negotiations and demonstrated outcomes with alternatives and value.
• Experience with large multidisciplinary firms (e.g., Big Four) and diverse service models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Professional Services sourcing team with clear objectives and development plans.
• Define portfolio strategy and roadmaps linking business objectives, demand, spend and risk.
• Manage pipeline, capacity, governance and recurring SOWs with prioritized delivery.
• Personally lead critical negotiations and set standards for commercial quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Enablement to ensure alignment and value realization.
• Build intake, partner models, playbooks and efficient handovers for repeatable work.
• Strengthen supplier relationships and accountability through segmentation and performance reviews.
