You will embed with client and internal teams to translate complex business challenges into production‑quality software, blending software engineering with AI model orchestration to deliver real value. This role requires hands‑on coding, architecture design, and close collaboration with product managers, designers, security teams, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery

Qualifications

• Production-grade software development experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled or agentic systems.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills.
• Experience with harness engineering for AI agents.
• Familiarity with graphs/state machines for coordinating agents.

Responsibilities

• Understand client objectives and technical environments.
• Design AI-enabled apps and full-stack products.
• Build harnesses, prompts, tools, and memory for AI models.
• Develop agent loops for planning, tool selection, execution, and observation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout delivery.
• Establish engineering practices like testing, observability, and CD.
