Job summary

TribalScale is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join client-focused delivery teams in the United States. You will embed with client and internal teams to translate business needs into production-grade software, and help shape AI-enabled solutions that move from prototype to production.

You'll design architectures, build full-stack products, and ensure reliability, observability, and secure deployment across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade software, ideally including AI-powered or agentic systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or another language used to build AI apps and tooling.
• Understanding of harness engineering: infrastructure, context, tools, permissions, controls, and feedback mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business challenges into technical requirements, architectures, prototypes and delivery plans.
• Design and build AI-enabled applications, agent loops, APIs, data pipelines, and full-stack products.
• Instrument AI apps for observability and traceability; ensure security and reliable production deployment.
