Job summary

TribalScale in New York is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge software engineering, AI, and client delivery. You will embed with client and internal teams to rapidly design and deploy production-quality AI-enabled software in real-world environments.

You will act as hands-on engineer and trusted technical partner, translating business needs into robust architectures, prototypes, and scalable products while maintaining strong collaboration with product, design, security, and client

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Ability to translate client needs into executable technical plans.
• Proficiency with Python or TypeScript and modern software practices.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client and TribalScale teams to deliver production AI software.
• Design AI-enabled applications, tools, data pipelines, and APIs.
• Ensure observability, testing, and secure, scalable production systems.
