Notion is seeking a results-driven seller to own the full customer lifecycle for mid-market accounts in the United States. You will lead discovery, design workflow solutions in Notion with customers, and drive expansion, renewal, and successful implementation.

You will work closely with BDRs on target account planning and outbound efforts, handling procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals. A strong technical background and bilingual English/Korean skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to mid-market customers (100-500 employees).
• Ability to demo and co-design live with customers in front of them.
• Experience coordinating procurement, legal, and security reviews.

Responsabilités

• Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal for your book.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers in Notion.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, and security review to close deals.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff.
• Collaborate with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
