BigTime is seeking a Solutions Consultant to align innovative solutions with customer challenges, delivering compelling demos and shaping tailored architectures across the sales cycle.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and client decision-makers to integrate CRM and PSA tools, driving AI-enabled workflows and measurable ROI. This hybrid role supports growth within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or related role.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and project management tools.
• Comfort with APIs, scripting, or AI tools to craft practical solutions.
• Ability to create compelling, personalized software demos and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, value-driven product demonstrations across varied deal complexities.
• Develop deep expertise in BigTime's PSA, EPSA, and CPQ products.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map client needs to solution architectures.
• Create and contribute to SOWs, analyses, and implementation scoping documents.
