Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6–9 years of experience, or 10–12 years of full-time relevant experience.
• 2+ years managing a software engineering team, including hiring and performance management.
• 3+ years designing and architecting reliable, scalable systems; coding skills in one or more listed languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s delivery, align to strategy, manage resources and KPIs.
• Write, review, and merge production code for critical features and fixes.
• Define architecture for team projects, APIs, and SaaS integrations; participate in architecture reviews.
• Build AI-enabled development practices, guide agents, and ensure safe, scalable code delivery.
